You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it
  • Unworn or unused, with no signs of wear
  • All tags attached and in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll notify you and issue your refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply.


Product Return Conditions

At Adamjojo, we are committed to assisting customers with exchanges or returns in the following cases:

  • Faulty printing: Issues such as blurry printing, color fading, or distortion that does not match the approved design sample.
  • Spelling errors on the shirt: If there are spelling errors caused during production, we will take responsibility and assist with an exchange or return.
  • Incorrect color delivery: If the product is delivered in a color different from what was ordered, customers are entitled to an exchange at no additional cost.
  • Unwanted color stains: If the product arrives with abnormal or unintended color stains, we will accept an exchange.

Other errors originating from our products or services:
We will carefully review and resolve any additional issues caused by our products or store services to ensure customer satisfaction.


Important Note

Products at Adamjojo are designed and manufactured according to customer specifications. Therefore, we cannot accept or support returns in the following cases:

  • Incorrect print or design selection chosen by the customer
  • Selecting an inappropriate size for personal needs
  • Spelling errors or incorrect information provided by the customer (for custom products)
