TERMS AND CONDITIONS WHEN YOU ORDER OUR PRODUCTS

1. Our contract with you (the “Contract”)

1.1 What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions on which we supply products to you.

1.2 Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before submitting your order. They explain who we are, how we provide products, how the Contract may be changed or ended, what to do if there is a problem, and other important information.

1.3 How we accept your order. Acceptance occurs when we email you to confirm your order, at which point a contract is formed.

1.4 If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you and will not charge you. Reasons may include out-of-stock items, unexpected resource limits, pricing or description errors, or inability to meet a specified delivery deadline.

1.5 Your order number. We will assign an order number and include it in the order confirmation. Please reference this number when contacting us.

3. Your rights to make changes

3.1 If you wish to make a change to your order, please contact us. If possible, we will inform you of any price, timing, or other changes required and ask you to confirm. If changes are not possible or acceptable, you may end the Contract.


4. Our rights to make changes

4.1 Minor changes. We may make minor changes to reflect legal or regulatory requirements.

4.2 Significant changes. We may make changes to products or these terms as described on our Website. If changes are significant, we will notify you and you may end the Contract before changes take effect and receive a refund for any products paid for but not received.

4.3 Updates to digital content. We may update digital content, provided it continues to match the description given at purchase.


5. Providing the products

5.1 Delivery costs. Delivery costs are displayed at checkout.

5.2 When we will provide products. Estimated delivery timing is provided during checkout.

5.3 Delays outside our control. If delays occur due to events outside our control, we will notify you and take steps to minimize impact. You may end the Contract for a refund if there is a substantial delay.

5.4 Collection by you. If collection is selected, we will notify you of collection details and hours.

5.5 If you are not available for delivery. If delivery cannot be completed, we will leave instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a depot.

5.6 If you do not re-arrange delivery. We may charge storage or re-delivery costs and may end the Contract if we cannot contact you after reasonable efforts.

5.7 Your legal rights if delivery is late. You may end the Contract immediately if delivery is refused, essential timing was agreed, or we miss an essential deadline.

5.8 Setting a new deadline. You may set a reasonable new deadline; if unmet, you may end the Contract.


6. Refunds and your rights to end the Contract

6.1 If dissatisfied, refunds (excluding shipping/handling) must be requested within 14 days of shipment by contacting us.

6.2 Ending the Contract. Your rights depend on the product, any fault, performance, and timing.

6.3 Ending due to our actions. You may end the Contract immediately for specified reasons (pricing errors, significant delays, suspensions, or legal rights), with a full refund for products not provided.

6.4 No right to change mind. No change-of-mind rights apply to sealed hygiene items once unsealed.

6.6 Cooling-off period. For goods, you have 14 days after receipt (or last delivery) to change your mind, subject to applicable conditions.


7. How to end the Contract

7.1 To end the Contract:

  • Cancel via your account on the Website, or
  • Write to support@adamjojo.com with your name, address, order details, and contact information.

8. Price and payment

8.1 Prices. Prices are shown at checkout; taxes and fees are calculated and displayed.

8.2 Pricing errors. If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the order, refund paid sums, and request return of goods if applicable.

8.3 Invoice issues. Contact us promptly if an invoice is incorrect; interest will not accrue until resolved.


9. Responsibility for loss or damage

9.1 We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach or lack of reasonable care. We are not responsible for unforeseeable loss or damage.
